NASA’s spacecraft departs for Jupiter and its moon Europa

The American space agency NASA’s spacecraft has left for Jupiter and its moon Europa.

The Europa Clipper spacecraft, launched by SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket, will cost $5.2 billion on the space mission.

The research mission will determine if conditions are suitable for life, the spacecraft will examine the lower surface of the icy crust of Jupiter’s moons.

The space mission will probe within 16 miles of Europa’s surface, Europa Clipper will reach Jupiter in about 6 years in 2030.
