Hasina Wajid accused America of overthrowing the government

Sheikh Hasina Wajid, who fled to India after resigning from the Prime Ministership in Bangladesh, blamed America for overthrowing the government.

Hasina Wajid resigned from the Prime Ministership on August 5 due to violent protests against the student quota system and has fled the country and taken refuge in India.

In Bangladesh, the process of expelling the supporters of Hasina Wajid from the state institutions is going on and yesterday the students surrounded the Supreme Court and resigned from 6 political judges including the Chief Justice.

Now Hasina Wajid has opened her mouth for the first time after being ousted from power and accused the US of overthrowing the government.

According to Indian media, Hasina Wajid claimed in a message to close associates that America wanted to dominate the Bay of Bengal and gain control over the island of St. Martin.

He said that I did not hand over the control of the island to America, so my government was overthrown and resigned so that more bodies of students and people do not fall.

Hasina Wajid claimed that she could have stayed in power if she had given up sovereignty over the island and allowed the US to dominate the Bay of Bengal.

He further said that many party leaders are being killed and workers are being harassed. I am sorry to hear all this. I will be back home soon. I pray for the bright future of the country for which my father and family. They lost their lives

Talking about ‘Volunteer’, Hasina Wajid said that I want to tell the students that I never said ‘Volunteer’ but my words were misrepresented.

It should be noted that after the escape of Hasina Wajid, an interim government has been formed in Bangladesh, which is headed by Nobel laureate Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus.
