But a study in Australia found that making exercise a habit at any age is beneficial for health.

In this study by the University of Sydney, the health of 11,000 women between the ages of 47 and 52 was evaluated from 1998 to 2019.

During the study, the women’s physical and mental health were examined every 3 years while details of their physical activity habits were also obtained.

Researchers found that women who regularly did at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week for 15 years had better health than those who did not.

In fact, women who were not used to exercise before middle age, but during the study, regular physical activity also benefited their health.

The researchers said that good physical health improves quality of life and the results showed that regular exercise is beneficial at any age.

He added that making exercise a habit after the age of 60 does not have much health benefits, but still has some benefits.

The study only included women, so the researchers are planning more research on men, but they believe middle-aged men may also benefit from regular exercise.

The results of this study were published in the journal PLOS Medicine.
