According to a Bloomberg report, Apple is preparing to introduce smart displays like the HomePod with a new operating system.
The first such device can be introduced in 2025.
Reports about such a device have been coming out for a long time and this new report states that Apple will equip the smart display with a robotic hand.
This robotic hand will be able to rotate the device’s screen so that a better view is possible for the user.
The device will be available in two versions, a low-cost smart display with basic features such as FaceTime and Smart Home controls, the report said.
The second version will be robotic-handed, which will also cost more.
The first low-cost version is likely to be introduced in 2025, after which the expensive version will be introduced.
The AI model called Apple Intelligence will be part of both versions so that users can use features based on Artificial Intelligence technology on this device.
