Chicken corn soup is usually made in winter. Ingredients:

*Oil 2 tbsp

*A spoonful of minced garlic

*A spoonful of chopped ginger

*3-4 green chillies chopped

*2 liters of ice (or you can add 2-3 stock cubes to 2 liters of water)

*White pepper powder one teaspoon

*Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste

*Black pepper powder one teaspoon

*Vinegar 2 tbsp

*Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp

*Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp

*Another ½ cup chopped cabbage

*One cup of chopped carrots

*Corn 5-6 chopped

*Green herbs (Tulsi/ Parsley/ Coriander) chopped 2-3 tbsp

*Green onion leaves chopped ¼ cup

*Cornflour 5-6 tbsp or as per requirement

*Water ½ cup or as required

*Two eggs

*black pepper (ground)

Synthesis:

Add cooking oil, garlic, ginger in a pot and mix well.

Presently add green chilies and blend well and add chicken and blend well until it changes tone, presently add yakhni to it.

Presently add white pepper powder, salt, dark pepper powder, vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce and blend well and boil.Add cabbage, carrot, corns, green spices and blend well and cook on low fire for 10 to 12 minutes. After a while add green onion leaves and mix well again.

Now in a separate bowl add water to the corn flour and beat it well and add it to the chicken corn soup and mix well and cook on low flame for about 2 minutes.

Now add two beaten eggs, and gently stir with a spoon and cook for a minute.

Now sprinkle the ground black pepper and green onion leaves and serve the delicious chicken corn soup and share with the family.
